Education Onsite Provision from Tuesday 23rd February 2021
From Tuesday 23rd February, our Foundation Phase pupils will be returning to school. As explained in the parent pack and in the virtual meetings, we will be operating with pupils in school for full days on Monday - Thursday (except for the Monday during the first week) and until 11.45am on a Friday.
If you meet the criteria of the critical worker list as defined by Welsh Government and require access for your Foundation Phase child to the hub on a Friday afternoon, please email your child's class teacher the list of Friday afternoon's that you require between now and Easter, your job title and an employer contact number. Your class teachers will unlikely respond this week (half term) but will respond on the first Monday back.
Foundation Phase pupils will not come together on that Friday afternoon, as we need to keep the year group bubbles separate at all times. The children will remain in their year group class.
Key Stage 2 pupils - If you require access to the onsite education provision please email firstname.lastname@example.org to request the application form.
Please note, due to Foundation Phase staff now being in class for the week with the younger pupils, our staffing is very limited for this service. Our Key Stage 2 staff are keen to continue providing the same level of online provision as this half term, however, if there is large demand for places we would need to lower our offer on online learning provision due to the need for the staff to be in school to supervise this provision. Please only use this service if there is no other alternative.
Thank you in advance for working with us on this.
